Zen Hot Stone Massage

Receive the benefits of deep tissue massage through the heat of a deeply relaxing hot stone massage. Stones are heated to 120 degrees and used throughout the massage to help relax the muscles and increase blood flow to the focus area.

Adventure Recovery Sports Massage

CBD Massage

Add On

Take your massage to the next level of relaxation. Oil infused with CBD will be used during your massage to aid in reducing chronic pain, inflammation, anxiety, and stress. Our CBD oil is enriched with Arnica oil and Eucalyptus essential oil.

Prenatal Massage

A custom relaxation massage created to accommodate the needs of an expecting mother after the first trimester. Our pregnancy cushion allows her to lay facedown during the massage if desired, giving the body an opportunity to create space in the low back and hips.

Cupping Therapy

During your massage, glass cups will be applied to your focus area with suction, which creates a negative pressure causing an increase in blood flow to the area. As a result fascial and muscle tissue will loosen and the increase in blood flow will promote healing. Cupping is good for use on areas of pain, adhesions, or restricted range of motion. Clients will be asked to sign a waiver so that they fully understand the benefits and side effects of cupping.

Cold Stone Treatment

Add a Cold Stone Treatment to your Massage or Facial and experience its cooling and anti-inflammatory effects. This treatment can help ease symptoms associated with headaches, sinus pressure, and chronic stress. Stones are soaked in cold peppermint water and applied to the face and neck to reduce inflammation, puffiness & neck tension.

 Moisturize Hand & Foot Masque

Add a Moisturizing Hand or Foot Masque to any treatment. Give relief to dry skin as your hands or feet are wrapped in warm mits while absorbing the healing benefits of lavender, sage, rosemary and camila oil. The masque is then massaged into the skin for optimal penetration and hydration.

Teen Rx Facial

 The Teen Rx Facial is an adaptation of our signature Raw Earth Facial intended for anyone 13-18 in age. 

This treatment includes initial consultation and takes into consideration all factors that affect skin health as a holistic approach. The client should bring a list of any medications, food allergies/sensitivities, and current skin care products. 

The Teen Rx Facial provides deep cleansing, appropriate exfoliation, steam, hydrating masque, light effleurage massage, and gentle mentoring in healthy skin care.

Gua Sha

Waxing Services

For all waxing except for facial hair, the ideal hair length is about 1/4 inch long. This ensures the wax will perform properly during removal.  No exfoliating including peels is required before your waxing appointment, especially on the face. Clean, hydrated skin is ideal for waxing. 

Rescheduling: 

Hair growth occurs in three stages and may take up to four regular waxing appointments for all hair to be on the same cycle. Please be patient and reschedule at regular intervals for best results.
